OSCAR Passwords and Physical Security
Summary:
- Your password is your digital signature, choose it and use it with care.
- Your password should be a minimum six characters in length.
- Your password should be composed of alpha characters (both upper and lower case) and numerals. No alphanumeric character should appear more than once.
- Your password should not resemble a dictionary entry in any way.
- Your password should not be based on a trivial pattern like a1b2c3 or a family name.
- Do not write your password down. Memorize it!
- Do not allow unauthorized physical access to systems logged in to OSCAR.
